APPROVALS SECURED FOR MAJOR COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT IN SANFORD

The attorneys of Bourque & Clegg LLC recently assisted a client in securing zoning changes and permits for a

$7 million commercial development in Sanford, Maine.  The project includes a 14,250 square foot Walgreens pharmacy, and a 3,000 square foot York County Federal Credit Union.  The project will revitalize a busy downtown corner, generating tax revenue and jobs for the Town of Sanford.
