Our Heating Oil customers are the backbone of Candler Oil Company, Inc.. With our large on-site storage facility, modern fleet of delivery trucks, and dedicated staff of drivers and office personnel we strive to be the most professional and dependable Heating Oil company in Lynchburg. |
For our Heating Oil customers we offer a wide array of payment options. Our customers can choose to pay cash at the time of delivery and receive a 5 cents per gallon discount, pay on regular 30 day terms, or have a budget plan designed specifically for them. Our Budget Plan runs from September through June, with June being what we call the ‘settling up month’. Our Budget Customers pay the same amount every month to help spread out the cost of heating throughout the year. In addition we now accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
For delivery, we have two options, Automatic and Will Call. Our Automatic customers are filled regularly based on the accumulation of degree days we have during the winter. In addition, tanks are automatically filled in the summer to help cut down on condensation formation in the tank. Some customers prefer to order their own oil, and for them we have a Will Call program for them. We keep their ticket printed and filed and when they call, we can quickly have their tank filled. During the busiest time of winter we prefer to have a day or two’s notice but since our trucks are radio dispatched we can sometimes get there quicker. |
