Education
Mark Draymore was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1979 and has since been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Boston College Law School in 1979, cum laude, and his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (cum laude) from the University of Vermont.
Practice Areas
Mr. Draymore has diversified experience in general corporate and business matters, with extensive experience in a wide variety of real estate related transactions, including leasing, acquisitions and financing. He represents buyers, sellers and lenders in all types of transactions, including residential, commercial, financing, foreclosures, and loan workout matters. He has advised clients in the acquisition and sale of business, formation of business corporations and entities and IRC section 1031 tax-deferred exchanges
In addition, Mr. Draymore has advised clients in a wide range of general business and personal matters, including bankruptcy, wills, trusts and estates.
He is an approved attorney for title insurance companies authorized to do business in Massachusetts.
