Rental Policy
-
All equipment is clean, sanitized and table-ready.
- CHINA, GLASSWARE, & SILVERWARE ARE TABLE READY…READY TO USE. Renter is responsible for all rental items the entire time out. An additional charge will be due for items returned not rinsed completely free of food. Please repack rental items in original containers in the same manner it was received to expedite the counting process and to avoid labor charges.
- Delivery and pick-up service is available. Charges based on distance. Delivery charges are base partially upon the community where the delivery will be made, the on-site location (i.e. ground floor or otherwise, loading dock, or down a number of hallways, etc.), the timing of the delivery or pickup (9 - 5 Monday through Saturday or after hours) as well as other factors. We prefer to deliver a day or more in advance of your event. This allows you time to get things ready for your event without too much pressure and allows us to serve all of our customers needs. If we deliver early to suit our schedule, there are no additional rental charges for you to have the equipment for the additional time. We normally prefer to pickup the day after your event.
- Delivery is to the ground floor or garden within a reasonable distance of the loading area. Delivery does not include set-ups or breakdowns. Through prior arrangements, this service is available for an additional charge.
- Equipment must be protected and sheltered from the elements. Responsibility for equipment remains with the lessee from time of delivery to time of pick-up.
- Equipment is to be carefully prepared, free of debris, clean, dry, containerized, stacked and ready for pick-up in the same area as delivery or there will be additional charges.
- Equipment is usually picked up or returned the day after the social event (excluding Sundays and holidays.)
- One-half of the rental fee will be incurred each day that equipment is not prepared for pick-up.
- Linens must be returned dry to prevent mildew and irreparable damage. Do not pack wet linens in plastic bags, as mildew will set in less than two hours. Be careful with candle wax, as it can permanently damage linens. Please do not launder linens. If linen is lost, torn, burned or soiled beyond cleaning, the replacement value will be charged in addition to the rental charge.
- Extra or replacement charges will be made to repair damages due to negligence, abuse, loss, misuse, overload or failure to clean.
- Renter is responsible for checking the accuracy of shipment. Your signature means you agree with the quantity. Any missing items will be charged to you.
- A security deposit is generally required for china, silverware, and glassware. This deposit is in addition to the rental charges and will be refunded by check within 14 business days after the equipment has been returned. The cost of any missing, damaged or dirty items, including lost packing containers, will be deducted from the deposit.
- While our inventory is extensive, reservations are recommended in order to secure the items you want. Nothing is reserved until a 25% nonrefundable deposit and all customer information is received. The remaining balance will be due at time of delivery. If the item you want is not listed, please call our office to inquire about it. Our inventory changes almost daily.
- Tent rentals require a deposit which is 25% of the rental. The deposit is non-refundable should you cancel any order. The deposit is the only way to reserve a tent.

* Delivery, Pickup, Set Up and Knock Down Table and chair delivery and pickup are available at a fee based on zip code. Set up and knock down services, as well as delivery beyond tailgate are available at an additional charge and should be arranged in advance.
